Everyday Meals prepares fresh, ready-to-eat meals that are perishable. While we strive for accuracy in descriptions and photos, actual products may vary in presentation and portioning.

Allergen Disclaimer: While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, our meals are prepared in a facility that also processes common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, soy, gluten, dairy, and sesame. Customers with severe allergies should consume at their own risk.

Food Safety: Meals should be stored, handled, and consumed according to the instructions provided on our website and packaging. Everyday Meals is not responsible for any adverse effects caused by improper storage, handling, or consumption beyond the recommended timeframes.

4 – PRICES & AVAILABILITY

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

5 – ORDERING, BILLING, AND DELIVERY

We reserve the right to refuse any order. Orders may be limited or cancelled at our discretion, including if they appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS (PERISHABLE ITEMS)

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

If you receive an incorrect order, damaged product, or believe your order is unsafe to consume upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours at team@everydaymeals.ca with photos and order details. Resolutions may include replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

We may provide access to third-party tools and links “as is” without warranties or endorsement. Use of third-party tools and sites is at your own risk.

8 – USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK
