Planted Meals will continue to operate for our wholesale, catering, and vendor partners. Everyday Meals is our new customer-facing brand, but vendors will still see Planted Meals as the name for B2B operations.

Our meals are made weekly using fresh ingredients. We offer a variety of options including meat, vegetarian, and vegan dishes.

We offer a fixed weekly menu, which is emailed to you in advance. You have the flexibility to place a one-time order or subscribe — your meals will arrive at your home or office with no extra effort.
Make one less decision every day by signing up for our weekly subscription. If no selections are made, you’ll automatically receive one of each meal from the menu. Our dishes feature a variety of flavours and cuisines, often inspired by Asian, Mexican, Italian, and Western cooking.

How does delivery work? When will my delivery show up?
We deliver once a week to your home or office on Sunday or Monday. We charge for home deliveries and office deliveries. Please select your delivery zone when checking out.
The order cutoff time for Sunday and Monday deliveries is every Tuesday at 9:00pm (you will receive your food on your selected day at your specified address)
Sunday Home Delivery:
Sunday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
Monday Office/Home Delivery:
Zone 1: 8:30am - 1:00pm
Zone 2: 8:30am - 1:00pm
Zone 3: 11:00am - 05:00pm

Our kitchen relies heavily on the use of wheat, nuts, and soy along with other staples like garlic and onions. We are not able to accommodate food allergies or preference requests at this time.
If you have a severe allergy we do not recommend our meal plan for you as we cannot guarantee food from cross-contamination, even if a certain dish does not include your allergen. Please contact us at team@everydaymeals.ca if you have any questions about what we can accommodate. -
Place your food in the fridge immediately upon receiving your delivery. Keep an eye out for our Eating Order email that we send out every week to customers! There, you will find the recommended order to eat that week's menu for maximum freshness (generally wraps are best to consume early in the week) as well as reheating suggestions.

If refrigerated and stored properly, our meals are best consumed within five days.

We use PET plastic containers and are recyclable in most municipalities and once they are rinsed clean, they can go in your blue bin. This will be of no significant change to your food, except that you will now be able to microwave your meals directly in the same container it comes in!

Everyday Meals uses a secure recurring week-to-week service. You will be billed automatically until you place a hold or cancel service. Holds or cancellations can be made by emailing team@everydaymeals.ca

If you plan to be away we are happy to pause your plan. We just need to be notified by Tuesday at 9:00pm PST the week before you would like to pause your service. Let us know through email to resume your meal delivery.

Our delivery costs are based on the time it takes our drivers, and unfortunately home deliveries take more time than office deliveries. There are typically more deliveries per office building than to residential and do not require individual buzz-ins. To qualify for office delivery, it must be to a commercial building, not residential.

Yes! We can provide catered services, hot and cold. Please email us at team@everydaymeals.ca with your event details including date, time, location, number of guests, budget, and what kind of food you are looking to serve.
